LG Warranty Information
If your LG refrigerator was made before 2020 and is not cooling at all, it's very likely to be a failed compressor. LG has a fairly long warranty on the compressor - even if you are paying for the labor, repair is often advantageous. Compressors are a stocked item, and usually only one visit is required.

LG refrigerator warranties are generally as follows: one year parts and labor on everything, five years parts and labor for the sealed system(this would include the compressor, evaporators, condenser, refrigerant, and any connecting tubing,) and finally ten years on the compressor only. After five years nothing else is covered, only the compressor is provided - you are responsible for labor, miscellaneous parts, service call and tax.
